As delivery method, timing and fees vary from item to item, please refer to our individual product pages for any delivery specifics. Ayr Barns reserves the right to ship all orders that qualify for free shipping with the most cost effective method at that time. All orders will be packed securely for safe travel however transit times may vary by carrier. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your support of our business

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24-48 hours from our distribution center. Should your order include multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at variable times based on availability. We do not currently accept international orders.
*Express or overnight orders placed after 10 am EST will ship on the next business day.

Additional Charges

The additional fee listed under an item description is a special handling charge assigned to that particular item due to size, perishable nature, or other qualities that require extra care during shipping. This fee is added to the regular shipping charges detailed in the chart above.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Ayr Barns cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or as a store credit. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Please know that all Sale items on the Sale page are final and cannot be returned for credit or exchange.

Oversized items are available for return at the cost of the customer. Please see item page on whether your purchase qualifies as an oversized item.
